  • We accept cash, check, Apple pay, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). You may also purchase gift cards for any amount.

  • We ask that you provide us with a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your current appointment. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours, we will charge 50% or use the deposit to pay for your service provider's time. We use this to protect our service providers and secure an income for our staff. *If a client has canceled/ rescheduled within the 48 hour window or "no-showed" five times or more within a calendar year, they may be subject to being charged 100% of the service cost to pay for the service provider's time.

  • Why we take deposits: To secure appointments for all new clients, full lash sets, facials, and microblading, we do require a deposit of 50% of the appointment cost. This deposit confirms that you agree to attend your appointment, as your service provider will do the same. The deposit will go directly toward the service cost. Deposits will be taken for all services booked online and the remaining balance will be due at checkout.

    Deposits for rescheduled or canceled appointments with proper notice: If you reschedule before 48 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will carry over to the rescheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment that has a deposit, the deposit will automatically be credited to your account (to be used towards services or products at Betty Lash). To receive a deposit refund to your credit card, you MUST request this over the phone or in person. Otherwise, the deposit will remain as a credit on your account.

    Deposits on appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours are non-refundable and used to compensate your service provider for their time.

  • You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling or texting 512-327-2507 or in your online portal by logging in using the email on file and clicking your name in the upper-right corner. From there, you can review all upcoming appointments, reschedule and cancel. You will not be able to make changes to an appointment online if it is within the cancellation period.

    If you make changes to your appointment within the cancellation window (such as shortening the appointment or removing a service), the amount due at checkout will reflect what was originally scheduled.

  • Running late means losing valuable time that goes towards your service. Please call us if you believe you will be late for your appointment. 

    If your appointment changes due to running late, the amount due at checkout will reflect what was originally scheduled. This is because we were not given adequate notice to be able to fill the time that was initially set aside for you.

  • Our service providers work hard to make you feel and look your best! Leaving gratuity is a great way to show your appreciation and support. On average, gratuity ranges from 18-25%, but it is always your choice! Please let us know your tip preference at checkout.

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-7 days to appear on your bank statement.

    Product refunds will be honored within 7 days of purchase for unused products. Makeup or skincare products that have been used cannot be refunded.

  • If you need to cancel your membership, we ask for a 30-day notice in writing. You can send a written cancellation notice to info@bettylash.com! You also have the option to pause your membership for up to 6 months. To request a membership pause, please get in touch with us.

  • You can book, reschedule, and cancel an appointment online! If you have not booked an appointment with our new system, simply create a new account using the email that is on file. Then, click your name in the top right corner and press appointments. You can then view appointment information and make changes to appointments.
