At Betty Lash, our pricing structure reflects the personal achievements of our Service Providers as they progress through our company. Service Providers that have met specific requirements and have created greater demand for their services have different price levels. All of our Service Providers are highly trained. Whomever you see, the quality is always guaranteed. If you book with a level 1-3 or apprentice service provider, it is likely that your service will take place in a semi-private treatment room. On occasion, you may end up in a private treatment room. If you would like to guarantee a private room, please book with a level 4 or up.

  • Preparing for your appointment: Please remove eye makeup before all lash appointments, or schedule a lash bath add-on to your service! For all facials, facial waxing, microblading/powder brows, please refrain from using retinol or drying skin products before your service. For most Permanent Makeup or Microblading/Powder/Hybrid brow appointments, please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment for numbing (please come at 8:45 am for 9 am appointments). If you are scheduled as a PMU model or for permanent eyeliner and lip shading, numbing will occur in the room, so there is no need to arrive early!

  • Paperwork: You will receive a link to online paperwork when you book an appointment. Please fill these forms out! We are also asking existing clients to fill out forms as we are updating our records.

  • Level System: Our pricing structure reflects the personal achievements of our Service Providers as they progress through our company. Every employee hired at Betty Lash starts as an apprentice and goes through our lash training until they test out to become a level 1. They then strive to hit set goals and continue to gain experience with their lash extension application. Once a service provider meets specific requirements and has created a greater demand for their services, they get to "level up" and receive a promotion that increases their service prices.

  • Creating an online account: To view upcoming appointments, schedule, view appointment history, or cancel upcoming appointments, visit our online booking website. Then, please create a new account or sign in using the email you provided when you first made an appointment with us. Then, press your name in the upper right corner and choose “appointments.”

  • Rescheduling/Canceling appointments: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you can do so online or by calling us! If your appointment is less than 48-hours away, you cannot cancel/reschedule online. Instead, please call us and note that 50% of the service cost will be used to pay for your service provider's time. *If a client has canceled/ rescheduled within the 48-hour window or "no-showed" five times or more within a calendar year, they may be subject to being charged 100% of the service cost to pay for the service provider's time.

  • Deposits & refunds: Deposits are taken for all new clients, full lash sets, facials, permanent makeup services, and all online appointments. Deposits from appointments that the client cancels without notifying Betty Lash will automatically be placed as credits on the client’s account to use towards any service or product at Betty Lash. To receive a deposit refund to your credit card, you MUST call and request a refund back to your credit card. Otherwise, it will automatically become a credit. If you reschedule an appointment, your deposit will remain on the rescheduled appointment. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank statement. If you have a question about your refund, please get in touch with us!

  • Cancellation Courtesy: We ask that you provide us with a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your current appointment. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours, we will charge 50% or use the deposit to pay for your service provider's time.
